CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We aim to start production of all orders as soon as possible, usually within 2 hours. Cancellations or changes are unavailable once the production process is underway; customers must adhere to our return for refund policy.

Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
Damage caused by accident
Improper care
Normal wear and tear
Breakdown of colors and materials due to sun exposure.
After-market modifications
No returns for products with water exposure will be accepted.
*For Damaged Items / Low Quality
*Please include a photograph demonstrating the item's poor quality or damaged area for the fastest resolution. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
We will use this information to help you with your order and eliminate errors in the future.
Refund Policy
If you feel the product you’ve purchased does not meet your initial requirements, you can request a refund.
Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:
You can get a refund if:
The product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional or defective.
Item is not as described.
If an item isn’t received within 35 or more business days. If you live in South America and did not receive your product within 60 or 90 business days of purchase.
The "30-Night Money Back Guarantee” is available under the following circumstances:
Item must be returned to us with proof of purchase such as Order ID, Invoice ID, or Transaction ID within 30 calendar days from receiving your purchase.
OlivMae must authorize a return process via email.
Item must be returned in its original & resell condition; the packaging must not be broken where applicable.
Return postage and handling is the buyer's responsibility.
The refund does not include the original shipping cost. OlivMae will determine the refund method.
Because of the nature of personalized, custom products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. If there is a gross issue with your order, don't hesitate to contact OlivMae immediately so we can form a resolution.
OlivMae may reject any returns under any of the below circumstances at our discretion:
The detailed size chart is included in the description. The size you chose does not fit you well.
Color variations are due to differences in monitor settings and screen resolutions; the item received is not the exact color shown on the screen at purchase.
The order was placed with a discount coupon we provided.
The order was placed by mistake but wasn't canceled within 2 hours.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3--5 business days.
Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. Should the original payment method no longer be valid, we will issue store credit.
Please note that refunds can take 3-5 business days to return to your account once your return has been received.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

The customer will pay shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you ship an item over USD 75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
